Most of us live exhausting days and nights being online creators. Before I started writing online I found it so cool to be my boss. Who doesn’t want to create 6 figures by sitting at home?

It’s been more than a year now. At some points, I started thinking is it truly worth it? Because it’s not only about the money. That was the point when I started making little changes to continue.

I have read hundreds of posts online saying ‘’ I left freelancing/ content creating today to find peace again’’ or ‘’After spending days and nights awake for a year I’m officially leaving’’.

I considered quitting too.

But trust me freelancing/content creation can be so much easier. All you need is to make a few changes in your daily routines than waking up all night.

The first thing we need is to create our sustainability routine. At first, it can be a little hard to shift your routines but believe me it will be worth it. How do I know? because I’m following my sustainability routine for a bit now, To build a more healthy relationship with my work while caring for myself. Healthy Morning Routine

A lot of writers prefer to write at least 1000 words, just after they wake up. Which is the wildly wrong way to start your day. Being serious about your work doesn’t mean you don’t need to be bothered about your physical or mental health.

After waking, up get a cup of coffee and sit by the window instead of sitting at your desk. Have at least 5–10 minutes with yourself before you start anything. It’s like meditating and gathering all the energy you require for rest of the day.

Let the thoughts follow on their own. Then do at least a 10-minutes workout.

We spend most of our time sitting or leaning back to our beds and focusing on the screen. A quick exercise helps you to feel more active and ready. You can also go for a walk, Spend some time looking at the sunrise.
