The aroma of spices fills the air,

As vendors prepare their wares with care.

Samosas sizzle in bubbling oil,

And kebabs on skewers make your taste buds recoil.

Biryani, fragrant and rich in taste,

With tender meat and grains interlaced.

Each bite a journey, a spice-laden trail,

A culinary adventure that’ll never fail.

Nihari, a slow-cooked, hearty stew,

Brings warmth and comfort to me and you.

With naan to scoop the savory delight,

A meal that lasts from day to night.

Chapli kebabs, their flavors bold and bright,
