I’m 43 and lighter than I’ve been at any time since my early twenties. It blows my mind to think that was two decades ago. Despite currently having lost a lot of weight, rapidly, I’m still way too fat. Just thinking about the numbers, I thought I’d be looking damn good by now, and happy with my bodyfat. I underestimated just how much fat I was carrying.

Over the decades, I got fatter and fatter, gradually, consistently. Fat’s like dust, you don’t notice it gathering, but it can pile up really thick. Fortunately dusting is simple, and so is fat loss , as I’ve recently discovered.

I’ll tell you how I’m losing fat almost as fast as I can gain it. There’s nothing complicated about the process. Four of my friends have started doing the same thing I’m doing. I’m sure that’s because my results have convinced them it’s possible.

The process is the easy part. What this article’s really about is the psychological aspects of losing weight. I’ll tell you what I’ve done and give you a method that makes avoiding fat gain (and lots of other bad habits) much easier.
