It’s that time of year again. The gym is beginning to clear out as people give up on going every day. Your weight loss meal plan is starting to taste bland, and the hunger is seriously creeping in.

You might have already had a cheat day because you’re “craving sugar,” and you need the sugar rush to regain your willpower for the next day’s workout.

So here we are, nearing the end of January, and you’re finding this new way of healthy eating to be too much. I guess you’ll just go back to what you were doing before. You’ll never be able to lose weight this way anyways.

So many of us make new year’s resolutions in regards to weight loss and healthy eating. It’s no surprise this happens as over 40% of Americans are considered obese and at risk for chronic diseases such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Cancer.

You’d think it would be easy to lose the weight since it was so easy to put it on, right?

Well, yes and no.
