What’s a “creepy call to action?”
Perhaps it’s a result of being at this for 17 years, and I’ve gotten jaded. But I’ve grown tired of hearing the phrase call to action. Even though I use it from time to time:
Creepy Calls to Action go something like this:
“You must get these $2400 worth of free article ideas before you are crushed by the competition. These are the ones they don’t want you to know about, so get them immediately before they are taken down. Click here to get these $2400 worth of free article ideas or you’ll wake up broke tomorrow!”
Now, I know I’ve exaggerated just a bit, but not by much.
