Talk to yourself. It works like magic. Everyone is busy finding solutions from others or the external world, but they don't know the real power of their inner voice. Yes, talking to yourself is very powerful because these conversations can have a real impact on your attitude and performance.

Your self-talk is the channel of behavior change." - Gino Norris

Whether it's positive or negative self-talk, look, self-talk is the most powerful form of communication because it either empowers you or defeats you. That's why you'll see most successful people have this habit. No matter how busy they are, they always take some time for themselves, where they are completely alone with themselves, and no one is there to disturb them.

Some people talk to themselves in a negative way like, "I can't do this," "It's impossible," "You're not good enough," "You can't become rich," etc. Maybe they are unconscious about it, but their mind is listening to everything they say to themselves, and it starts believing in it. And what the mind believes, the body achieves.

Be careful how you are talking to yourself because you are listening." - Lisa M. Hayes

So please, talk to yourself like you would to someone you love. Use positive sentences like, "It's okay if I'm not capable of it now; my capabilities will grow, and I will work on myself." These types of sentences will empower you and uplift you.

It doesn’t matter what you do or what your profession is; positive self-talk will boost your self-esteem and increase your focus. And yes, it is also beneficial for reducing stress when engaging in anxiety-inducing tasks such as meeting new people or public speaking, etc.

I used to talk to myself alone in a place where no one could disturb me, just me with my inner self. Because being caught talking to yourself can feel embarrassing – yes, I also faced it. So if you're like me, talk to yourself in a place where no one can disturb you. Be fully with yourself; forget about the outer world. Try using your inner voice less awkwardly. Let the voice of the soul come out from within. Listen to it; expand yourself.

The way we talk to ourselves determines our reality."

Listen carefully – self-talk is the narration inside your head. So next time when you talk to yourself, remember to be kind because that inner voice is a partner you'll be talking to for many years to come.

Lastly, don't just read it; take action. If possible, go talk to yourself, motivate yourself for your purpose.

Thank you for reading this article."
