Team Work Makes The Dream Work

I’ve been a hustler since childhood. I had to work for everything I got and nothing was served to me on a silver platter. Maybe that’s why I also took the role of the “fixer-upper” in relationships as well.

I always felt like, I am the one who needs to initiate the conversations, try to apologize (even if it was my heart that was broken), or as if it was only my responsibility to fight for the relationship, for both of us. Like Vin Diesel saving the world on his own, I felt like I was the one who needed to save us. It was a job assigned to me by someone, for some reason.
