As we begin December many of us are reviewing our working year and are looking forward to 2024. For some of us that can mean changing jobs, for others it could be the time when you decide to do something great and get that business idea off the ground.

Predicting future business trends is fraught with difficulty, and always comes with the usual health warnings. Whilst growth might be slowing in the UK, inflation is still running too high and a recession is looming on the horizon. But often challenging economic outlooks can be a good time to start a business as new opportunities can emerge.
