The 4 Incredible Lessons I Learned After Earning $26,000 on Medium

I started publishing stories on Medium in the second half of August 2020. In that month, I published nine stories and earned $3.81 in return.

I know it’s not much, but $3.81 was enough for me to believe that earning by writing whatever you want (a dream that I had for a long time) is real and achievable if I try.

Since then, I have been publishing more and more stories on various topics. If you ask me, I hate writing about a single niche. It bores me to death. So, I ventured into different directions and explored numerous territories, including the environment, self-help, love & relationships, happiness, success, money, entrepreneurship, travel, true-crime, history, country & culture, mental health, music, movie reviews, and more.

As you can see, I am a jack of all trades which, in my humble opinion, is more exciting than being a master of a specific niche.

Well, I’m not a doctor; I’m a writer, and it certainly gives me the freedom to explore whatever I want.

I have published over 400 stories (402 to be specific) on this platform, which is a significant number for a self-proclaimed lazy…
