If you told anyone who meditated 10 years ago that in 2023, meditating would be considered normal they would not believe you.

Me included.

Once fringe, meditation has become something that leading neuroscientists, psychologists, and even influencers promote.

And that’s amazing.

But knowing the benefits of meditation is one thing, while actually meditating is another entirely.

And one of the main reasons people never actually meditate, despite knowing they should, is because they aren’t seeing enough benefit from it to make it worth it.

There can be several reasons for that, such as not using the method that is right for you (and your brain) as well as different methods being more appropriate for different times and seasons in your life.

What worked for you when first started meditating may not work as well for you now, because you’re not where you started…

But another reason is that often people don’t have a fluid meditation practice that’s dynamic and evolving with them.
