The bare minimum you must improve in your life!

A short and consistent step to not become 100% better in one day, instead becoming 1% better for the next 100 days.

This is the only blog, text, or whatever you want to presume, that is required by you to read to eliminate the “imposter syndrome” in you!

Let’s do one activity, don’t think of anything, just be here with me.

I want you to close your eyes and recall what things you did today.

Take your time…

When you are done, *read on*

Now, write down on a piece of paper, and make two columns. In the first column write what are your goals and in the other column write what you did today (the activity you just did).

Check if these columns are matching constructively or destructively. I meant to say, to check if the activities you did in your day are aligning with your goals.

If they are, then recall your entire week. How many days were there when you worked towards your goal? If it is more than 4 days, then try to recall what you did in the entire month. Are the majority of days aligning with what you want? If so…, this can go on and on. But still, there would have been times when you were lost, round and round confusion. You may have tackled this with some technique, but actually, the majority of people fail to apply the same technique when they encounter different situations.🤔

Why so?

But before that, coming back to people who were not having their activities aligned with the goal they set. You do not need to worry, after this, you are not going to feel the same way you did earlier.

Jumping back, the reason is fairly simple, and that is “a negative hit on mental purview”. You start to imagine all the negatives that could happen and if you have some room left to fight that thing out, it certainly collapses as negative traits are dominant here.

So what should anyone do?

Some people would say, to try to maintain discipline in your day-to-day activities. Do only positive things, cut off negative people, be motivated, believe in yourself, etc.

But still, the problem is not solved. You must be like what? why? These are some of the things we need to do to improve our way of living.

Whatever you do to try some of the above techniques, you will feel good for a couple of days. What I want to convey here is, that doing all sorts of positives just for the sake of doing it is not going to work wonders for you.I am not expecting significant changes.

Remember the topic of this blog, it’s “Bare Minimum you must improve in your life!”. So, finally, the answer is…

“Exercise daily”

That’s it, the bare minimum!

Now you may be thinking, what it has to do with my problems?

My friend, dealing with any kind of problem requires mental energy to be strong. If you are a fitness freak, you would know the importance of every second when you workout.

There’s a huge difference between -

“Scrolling 10 mins on social media” v “Doing 10 mins of exercise.”

And I am not saying, you do exercise for one day and you are done, your problems solved. It doesn’t go like that.

You improve gradually, so just enjoy the process.

I will list down some of the important traits of daily exercising I got are :

  • Mental resilience
  • Getting comfortable with uncomfortable
  • Improvement in decision-making
  • Reading habit skyrocketed

and many more…

But these are some of the important attributes that helped me to grow as a person, and become knowledgeable and more focused. One trivia: You automatically become disciplined ✌️!

If you add some kind of exercise to your daily routine, doing it consistently, mark my words, you will definitely by some means learn to fight any problems that you encounter.

It’s a promise, but conditions apply.

So if you reached here, thank you for taking time for yourself and reading my “mantra”. Have a great day and life ahead.
Remember, I am hooting for you always. 🤩😎
