This year’s Oscars Ceremony has shaken me to the core, as I am sure it did millions of people.

I could never foresee an actor would stand up, walk to the stage and slap the host of the ceremony across the face with great force. That was one of the most shameful and vulgar moments of television history that I will remember for a long time.

Some called Will Smith’s behaviour as an example of “toxic masculinity” and some labelled him as a “bully.”
