The Diary Of A Healer: Healing From Cancer Is A Full-Time Job.
It’s one thing after another….I’m not complaining. It just is
From morning to night, I have a list of things I must do.
I don’t know if any of them even work, but there might have been a study, research, or expert who said that they do, and so I do it if it’s cost-effective.
In addition to Keytruda, an immunotherapy drug I get at the cancer center every 6 weeks, I take a wide range of supplements, which I will describe further in my daily posts. I also drink baking soda in water three times a day to help me keep my system highly alkaline. They say cancer cells don’t survive well in alkaline environments.
I bought a rebounder, a mini trampoline, cuz studies show that it increases lymphatic flow, and increased lymphatic flow increases white blood cell count, and white blood cell count kills cancer cells.
I also have a red light infrared therapy unit. I use it when I’m riding my exercise bike. Some studies show infrared –red light that it kills cancer cells. This is a unit that my dear friend Lois sent me as a gift. Red light infrared units run anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to $10,000. This is the unit I got, so this is the one that I use. Thanks so much Lois.
