The Effects Caffeine Can Have On The Body ☕️
Over the last few weeks, I’ve noticed a pattern in my behavior. Every time I drink caffeine, I get very anxious, tensed up, nervous, and overly sensitive.
For years I’ve wondered why I have these random mood swings about little things, or why I’m crying for no reason at all.
Why does it feel like my brain is going to explode
Why am I constantly worrying so much
Why am I shaking so bad
What am I crying for
Why did I just yell like that
These are just a few of the symptoms I’ve experienced when consuming this stimulant.
I’ll mention that the relationship between caffeine and anxiety can vary from person to person. Some people may be more sensitive to its effects while others may not. This can also vary based on the amount you consume and the time of day you consume it. This can even vary based on genetics.
