Entropy, the degree of randomness in the universe, isn’t confined to science textbooks. It’s everywhere, woven into the fabric of our lives.

Consider your morning routine:

1. Waking up

2. Getting ready

3. Heading off to work or school.

It’s all part of the order we’ve established for ourselves. But amidst this structure and all, we crave breaks, the moments of respite from the monotony. We chat with friends, play games, or gaze out the window, yearning for freedom from the routines we’ve imposed upon ourselves.

Yet, why do we seek this freedom? Because, in our quest to meet life's expectations, we need to breathe and experience life. Yes, setting goals and striving to achieve them is important, akin to how enthalpy contributes to entropy. But is mere effort (a.k.a. enthalpy) enough to yield meaningful results?
