As a small business owner, I know firsthand the challenges of generating leads and turning them into paying customers. It’s frustrating.

We often get that sinking feeling in our stomachs when reading emails. Countless YouTube videos professed to be experts at snagging clients.

I tried a ton of advice. Nothing worked.

Off the heels of my frustration, I was intrigued when I received an email from a lead generation company promising to produce magic emails that would make customers stand in line for my services.

Their service would cost about $800 per month, and they’d toss in some snazzy profile changes to attract people to my business.

They had an impressive track record and glowing recommendations, so I tried them. I provided them with a detailed customer profile, including market size, my ideal buyer persona, revenue size, and buying habits.

Week one.

They poured their expert mojo on my customer persona right out of the gates. The campaign they created was well-written and seemed practical.
