Understanding Your Habits
The first thing you need to know is that there is no such thing as a “good” or “bad” habit. There are only habits that are good or bad for you. If you want to get rid of a bad habit, all you have to do is change the way you think about it. For example, if you are a smoker, you can stop smoking by changing your thinking about smoking. You can think of smoking as something that is bad, not something you should do. This is a good habit to change because it will make you feel better about yourself and will help you quit smoking in the long run.
The same is true for any other habit you might have, such as eating too much or not exercising enough. These are all bad habits, but they are not bad because they cause you to feel bad. They are just bad in a different way.
When you change your thoughts about them, they will become good habits again, and you will be able to enjoy them again. It is important to remember that the only way to make a habit good again is to keep doing it, no matter how bad it is at the moment.
So don’t give up on your habit if it’s bad right now. Instead, keep trying to improve it until you get it to a point where you enjoy it and it no longer causes you any pain.
