Marilyn found a porch painting Job:
During summer vacation, when school was out, enthusiastic, attractive, blonde 18-year-old Marilyn wanted to earn extra money as a “handywoman."
She began canvassing a nearby affluent neighborhood. Upon reaching the first house, she inquired about any odd jobs with the owner.
“Well, I could really use someone to paint my porch, what would be your rate for the job?”
The girl eagerly replied, “How about $50?”
The man agreed and informed her that the paintbrushes and everything she would need were in the garage.
The man’s wife, upon hearing the conversation, asked her husband, “Does she realize that our porch encircles the entire house?”
The husband replied, “Isn’t that a bit cynical?”
The wife concurred, “You’re right. I’m beginning to buy into all those foolish blonde jokes we’ve been inundated with via email recently.”
