Billy Graham,

was born on November 7, 1918, and passed away from natural causes at his Montreat, North Carolina home on February 21, 2018, at the age of 99.

He is most renowned for his global evangelistic crusades.

Throughout a career spanning over six decades, he is estimated to have preached to tens of millions of individuals.

These are some of the fundamental beliefs and principles that he consistently maintained throughout his life.

He was a pioneer in the fight for civil rights.

During the era of racial segregation in the United States, Graham declared his refusal to address segregated audiences in the 1950s and frequently advocated for the necessity of inclusion.

“Christianity is not exclusive to any one race,” he declared to a South African audience in 1973. “Christ is universal, belonging to all.”
Even in the darkest times, hope persists. Redemption is possible for everyone, even the most infamous gangster.
