The Path I Didn’t Plan, But Chose Anyway
A small reflection on the last year
I haven’t been active on Medium for quite a long time now. Did I give up? No, not really!
I have a ton of projects and a growing bucket list each day… There’s always something new I want to learn, test, or share.
When I was actively writing on Medium, I began writing reflections, intending to publish them every six months. The last one is 10 months old. Moving forward, I think I’ll write these reflections whenever the mood strikes. And today feels like the right day.
Setting priorities
The last year has been challenging, exciting, and overall great. I moved to a new region in Southern France, close to the mountains (from another southern French region). The move happened faster than I expected, which caused some personal projects to be put on hold (including getting back to writing on Medium). Despite the delays, I’m confident this was the right choice, one that aligns with my bigger goals and aspirations.
