Does the word strategy sound intimidating? It shouldn’t. At its core, strategy is simply a plan — something anyone can easily create. Let’s explore a straightforward approach to designing a life plan that works for you. After all, your future depends on it!

Plan or strategy?

While “strategy” may sound complex and businesslike, its meaning is simple. The Oxford Languages online dictionary defines strategy as “a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim.” In other words, a strategy is just a plan! As Ellie Pidot wisely said, “Strategy is a fancy word for coming up with a long-term plan and putting it into action.”

Do you have a basic strategy for your life? If not, there’s no better time than now to create one. It doesn’t need to be elaborate; it only needs to give you a direction, pointing you toward an outcome.
