The Question That Reveals He’s The One
What men on dating apps really want and how to tell if he’s serious

Dating in a city like Boston gives you a broad and interesting perspective on how men approach relationships and what they’re looking for in love.
I look for potential dates who are educated and have stable careers, as these qualities align with my values and lifestyle.
Even with filters, you realize you’ll meet different types of men who might check those two boxes but aren’t compatible in other ways. I don’t mean this in a rude way — most guys I’ve met are pretty upfront about what they’re looking for, bar a few outliers.
Usually by the end of the first date, you generally have an idea whether you want to take it further. On my last date, I was a bit put off by the persistence of the man I was having coffee with because he assumed I was ready to date him.
Could it have been because we shared a great conversation?
You can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, on a plane, in a subway, and get along like a house on fire. It doesn’t mean there is anything to it…
