Mornings used to be my least favorite part of the day. I was never one of those people who could effortlessly jump out of bed with a smile, ready to tackle whatever lay ahead. More often than not, I woke up feeling groggy, irritable, and already behind schedule. My routine was a frantic race against the clock, where the first few hours of the day blurred into a haze of stress and exhaustion. And so, the cycle continued — day after day, I found myself sinking deeper into a pit of anxiety, wondering if there was a way to break free.

It wasn’t until I experienced a significant shift in my life that I began to reconsider how I approached my mornings. This change didn’t happen overnight. It was a gradual realization that the way I started my day had a profound impact on how the rest of it unfolded. What began as a desperate attempt to regain control slowly evolved into a cherished ritual that has since transformed not only my mornings but my entire outlook on life.

The Chaos of a Mindless Morning

For years, I treated mornings as something to endure rather than something to embrace. The alarm clock was an unwelcome intruder, a reminder that another long, demanding day awaited me. I’d hit snooze multiple times, trying to steal just a few more minutes of sleep…
