The Sacrifice of a Traveler’s Feet

The soles of her feet scuffed the pavement as she dragged her feet a few more yards to get to her Air BNB. The rhythm of her heels dragging on the sidewalk would slow down as exhaustion overwhelmed the arches of her feet.
