The Secret To Develop Laser-Like Focus While Reading

Step By Step Full Action Plan

How to increase your concentration while reading. I’m going to tell you about developing your concentration while reading. So far, I’ve read and encounter many exercises to develop my concentration, to increase my concentration.
The method I’m going to share with you is the best method based on the results I have had so far.

This method is not mine.
It was developed by Albert Einstein.

I’m not going to lose your time and I will jump straight to the method.
Here are the instructions.

First Step, What do you need:

  1. a stopwatch

2. a piece of paper

3. pen or a pencil

Reading material you choose, and you will time yourself for three minutes the first time.

As you progress, you can increase the amount of time.

Second Step, write:

“I will not be distracted by anyone!
I will not be distracted by that anymore!”

Third Step

Start to read the material you chose.

Fourth Step

When you experience a distraction, hold your finger on that place in the text and, second, write one checkmark on your piece of paper.

Fifth Step

Look back to the text where you have placed your finger and say inwardly “I will not be distracted by that anymore!”

Sixth step

Continue reading where you left off.

Seventh Step:

Repeat steps four through steps six each time you experience a distraction. That means, hold your finger in that place in the text, right on the checkmark on your piece of paper, and look back to the text where I have placed your finger and say
“I will not be distracted by that anymore!” and continue reading where you left off.

Eighth Step

At the end of the third minute, count the number of marks on your paper.
This will tell you the number of distractions you experienced.

Ninth Step

Repeat the drill.
Start reading where you left off. Each time you repeat the drill, your distraction marks will be fewer. Your goal is to have no distractions
within the third-minute time frame.
Once you reach that goal, you can increase your time by two minutes to five minutes.

Now, here are the action steps

First, do the drill for three minutes now and tomorrow. You will start seeing changes in your concentration, focus level every time you follow this method. And the second action step, write some words in the discussion section of our course and share your experience.

How did you feel after following this method?
Of course, in the beginning, it will be maybe harder to do, but with time, if you follow this, your concentration level will dramatically increase.
