You want to stop procrastinating. That’s why you just clicked on this post. The power to stand up and act is within you. Do you still need a little push to activate your powers? Here is your first aid kit:

Choose as many as you need

  • Brush your teeth
  • Drink water
  • Turn on a motivational song/video (often these videos are full of crap, but they’re great to set you on fire)
  • Change your clothes
  • Write a three-point to-do list for now and for tomorrow
  • Call a friend or family member
  • Try a handstand
  • Do some yoga or any kind of sports
  • Sit down with yourself and ask what’s stopping you
  • Take a quick shower
  • Go outside

Mindset

  • Think about a successful friend of yours. Show them what you can achieve!
  • Sooner or later, you have to stand up and do something anyways. So better do it now.
