Three expressions that I’ve heard about Britain, awful weather, bad service, and terrible food. But I disagree with the third! British food is not terrible! And if I am honest, the service is much better today than it used to be.

Unfortunately, the weather hasn’t changed a great deal but there’s not much an island in the North Sea can do about that!

Over the years, British cuisine has endured unfair criticism and the stereotype portraying it as bland, boring, and lacking in flavor.

Most people who believe this stereotype have never eaten British food or been to the UK!

So it’s time to set the record straight and show the truth that British food is not as bad as many claim but is varied, flavourful, and delicious.
