Overview

This Regency romance novel is set around 1815 in the English aristocracy. I used to read nothing but Science Fiction until I read Starstruck, a Teen Sci-fi Romance novel by Brenda Hiatt. It was far better than Harry Potter. It was so good that I read all 19 of her romance novels and was hooked.

I now have over 400 romance novels on my Kindle, most in the clean Regency-era settings. I avoid porn.

This novel stands out from the rest due to its structure, flow, and content, in addition to the story itself. I looked forward to every chapter.

The Story

Samantha and Graham have one thing in common — horrible fathers.

Samantha lost her mother when she was very young, and her drunken father treated her and her older sister as servants when he wasn’t yelling at them or ignoring them.

Graham lost his father recently and is now the Duke. His father pitted him and his 3 younger brothers into a constant battle where they grew to hate each other. They were all disgusted when Graham inherited all of the properties, along with the Duke’s title. Each one thought that…
