A Tale of Two Cities

I don't understand it. The economy is in shambles, but jobs are aplenty. The stock market and cryptocurrency have been spiraling down since March of this year, but the Dow Jones posted its greatest gain since 2020 the other day. The Dow surged 1200 points. With the world in so much turmoil and enturbulation, I’m reminded of the famous line in Charles Dicken’s, “A Tale of Two Cities.”

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief…
