There’s a rose in the garden!
Its fiery beauty draws me in.
I reach for it and it bites me,
feeding its crimson desires.
Feeling deceived, I quickly leave
to get myself a bandage.
My friend inquires, and I reply,
“There’s a rose in the garden.”
