I recently watched the two latest episodes of Undercover Billionaire: Season 2. I’m a big fan of shows about business and entrepreneurship. (ex. Shark Tank, The Profit)

Season 2 follows Grant Cardone (Louis Curtis), Monique Idlett-Mosley (Monique Lemai), and Elaine Culotti (Elaine May Ringe) as they take on new identities with the goal of starting a million-dollar business in 90 days. If they fail, they will put up $1 million of their own money into the business.

Sounds easy, right? Here’s the catch:

  • They have to build relationships from scratch
  • They must trade their successful status for a new identity
  • Their only tools are a phone, car, and $100 cash

The show gives an inside look at the highs and lows of starting a business from the ground up. The intent of Undercover Billionaire is to show people the American dream isn’t dead. Opportunity is within reach for those who seek it.

The show is packed with golden nuggets, but here are a few takeaways from the show.

1. Get Uncomfortable Fast
