I took a leap of faith recently and the craziest thing happened.

I have to admit.

It has actually been a minute since I have posted here, I’ve been focused on growing my other medium pages for awhile. I was working fifty hours a week at a job that I hated for a company that I was trying to lie to myself about.

It was my third month at Tesla, and I was having conversations with the directors about my future and moving more into the quality engineer role. I tried to lie to myself logically and feel like I was heading on the right track but I honestly was just trying to stick in to the job.

The general rule of advice is to always quit your full-time job when your side hustle replaces your full-time income. I was making pretty good money at Tesla, this was actually my highest paying job ever, and I “blew it”.

The general rule of advice is to always quit your full-time job when your side hustle is making at least twice as much as your day job.

The general rule of advice is to always quit your full-time job when you have at least 6 months of savings stashed up.
