If you’re like me, you’ve probably had those nights when sleep feels impossible.

The lights go out the world quiets down but your mind, it’s like it decides it’s showtime.

And trust me i’ve been there lying in bed going over the endless to-do list, replaying moments from the day or even worrying about things completely out of my control.

After trying the usual advice, setting a bedtime routine, keeping the bedroom cool, avoiding caffeine all the typical stuff I was still struggling.

My brain just wouldn’t switch off.

That’s when I started looking for something different something that could really help me calm those racing thoughts and stop the endless loop of worry.

What I found was a game-changer sleep meditation.
