Here are some obvious signs of overtraining that you should be aware of.
- Resting heart rate increases as well as blood pressure
- Gastrointestinal disturbances
- Decreased performance
- Depression, irritability, low self-esteem
- Disturbed sleep patterns
- Increased fatigue
