Thoughts so Powerful, they Shape Our Reality
Part one of a series.
More Gold has been mined from the minds of men than has ever been taken from the earth. Could this possibly be true? Could it at all be possible that mere thoughts, backed by sufficient intensity and intention, can manifest into our very realities?
This is the first question I’m about to explore in my series of writings about a definitive blueprint, a route map to all things we desire!
Here’s an example I believe would truly inspire.
An inspiring journey of a welfare recipient turned literary miracle:
There was once this single woman living in the southern part of England, divorced, abandoned and mother of an infant daughter. She needed welfare support from the government, to make it through every week with her infant daughter. She barely had two pennies to rub together at that tumultuous point. She was desperate for a life without struggles, for the going to get easier. But alas, such is the world that it reserves it’s most cruel forms for the most vulnerable.
Her conviction, she preserved with every ounce of her willpower, her dreams nurtured with utmost care, she soldiered on taking things day by day.
Her heart was filled with the desire to be a writer. The thought was her only companion and the only meaningful pursuit which kept her going. Her pitiable condition was plain for friends to see and a penniless, out of job single mother trying to make some headway as a writer sounded just like one of those jokes exchanged by sneering and obnoxious pretend-well wishers we all have.
Her thought didn’t budge from the place it took root, her mind. Her persistence though tested, held fort. She tended to her precious baby when needed and wrote in cafes when the baby slept. Her ideas took form in her pages and her creations, came to life.
That woman, my dear readers, is J.K Rowling. She is the highest selling author in all of human history and her books have sold over 500 million copies!
Her dogged determination and desire to succeed as a writer, her belief in the world she sketched was stronger than all the naysayers who wrote her off.

Harnessing the power of thought:
Sometimes we have to fill our mind with the belief that we can somehow manage to achieve something nobody has ever done before. You hear me? Not only do you have to be filled with those thoughts, you’ve gotta absolutely believe that it is possible.
In the mad world within our minds, preposterousness becomes the reality. The preposterousness of choice being us achieving the deepest of our desires, the hidden vault of thoughts we stow away overwhelmed by the odds of making it a reality.
That my readers, is the power of thought. Backed by numerous other pieces, an intangible thought can be transmuted into the tangible.
Rowling had nothing to start with, except the capacity to know what she wanted, and the determination to stand by it until she realised it.

In conclusion, the story of J.K Rowling serves as a powerful reminder that our thoughts have the ability to shape our reality. With a strong belief in oneself and a dogged determination to see our desires through, even the most improbable dreams can become a tangible reality. So let us harness the power of our thoughts and believe in the impossible, for who knows what we can achieve when we refuse to give up on our dreams.
