Life is constantly changing, which can be overwhelming! Without enough time, you may forget to care for your mental well-being.

Thankfully, many helpful apps can give you the mental and emotional energy to get through hard times. Here are the three apps I recently began to use.

Three Good Things

On rough days, you might dwell on the negative things that happened. But what about the positive events?

Three Good Things encourages users to record the good things that happened every day. It then asks you how you felt. In addition to being like a short diary, it allows you to set three writing reminders every day.

By only focusing on the number three, there is no pressure to write a huge list. Also, if you need inspiration for positive thoughts, you can always go back and look at your lists from the past.

Three Good Things is available on the iPhone and iPad Touch iOS or later.

Gratitude Jar

Sometimes, it can be hard to find gratitude. After looking for a simple app to help me improve in that area, I found Gratitude Jar!
