To Live A Better Life, You Should Stop Complaining

Photo by John Mark Arnold on Unsplash

I have a very nice colleague who is used to complaining. She has lots of problems as we all do, but she feels relieved when she speaks to a friend and expresses her emotions. Through her conversation, you can portray and depict the negative aspects of her life. As a friend, I feel empathy towards her and helpless that I cannot alleviate her pain. I often wonder what life is like for her.
