I wish to do it and I will do have a difference of “comfort zone”

Credits- Vijay Sinha from Twitter

The above we have 2 situations, In the First one rat is sitting in a jar full of grains, and In the second one, he is inside a Jar which has limited grains.

What is the situation?

The rat is sitting and eating grains from a jar, and he has a free chance to jump and move as the mobility is not complex in the first case.

On the contrary in the second one as visible, he has been sitting there and consuming grains (free food without any work !! what a life) only to find himself trapped in a Jar, with only limited food which is now at the mercy of the feeder.

What we can learn from it

Lets Say JAR is a company and Rat in a filled jar is JOJO an employee and Rat in an empty Jar is Bunny another employee.

Situation 1

Some people take their Job-like JOJO, they enjoy some time, learn new skills, upgrade themselves, and at the right time when they know growth is constant, they jump for other options with high perks, better benefits, and more learning.

Situation 2

People like Bunny, they stay in a company for very long, they start getting reluctant and start passing the time casually…
