Do you see me? Can you feel me? Are you aware of the gentle thread that holds you to me?

Holding each other tight as we danced under the beautiful, starry night.
Do you feel what I feel?
Do you remember the soul’s treasures of life's past?
Do you see how our soul’s journey was built to last?
Or do you simply feel the density of this world?
Have you lost your ability to sense a true connection?
Can you only feel what is real through this 3D landscape?
Have you lost yourself to drink and drugs?
That slippery slope that desensitizes us from the truth of who we are, of who we can be.
Has society’s darkness taken its toll?
Are you sinking deeper into society’s mud?
Can you not see the light that I see that shines so brightly from your soul?
Can you not see who you came here to be?
Are you looking for a connection in all the wrong places?
Searching and seeing in all the wrong faces?
Are you scared to see me?
Or is it simply that I would never let you in?
That I would never allow you to see who we could be.
That I would never allow you to see the power of you and me.
Could you feel my fear?
Could you feel my energy pushing you away?
As my own self, I did betray.
Did I try too hard?
Could you feel the insecurities from my scars?
Did I allow you to think that I was less than who I actually am?
And what now?
Can you feel the change in me?
Can you feel my power? My love?
Can you feel the energy that now emanates from me as I step into the power of who I came here to be?
Can you sense the gentle shift in my heart that is now ready to let you in?
Can you feel me now?
Do you hear my call on the wind, asking you to recognize your own power?
Do you see me in your dreams, gently reminding you of who you came here to be?
Do you see freedom’s light calling you, beckoning you to step back into the truth of who you are?
Do you see me?
Can you feel me?
Because I can feel you.
I feel you in the wind and see you in my dreams.
I know who you are and what you are to me.
I know that together we are meant to be.
I see the dreams that we created together, way back when before we even came to this place.
Will we allow our resistance to let them go to waste?
Or will we start to see the truth in each other’s face?
Will you see me?
Will you free me?
As I also free you from all that has held you under.
Will you be who you came here to be?
Will you be you, and I’ll be me?
Gently changing this reality.
Or will you continue to walk the path that you’re on now?
Not allowing me to show you how, to release the toxic beast,
That makes you want to admit defeat.
Will you continue to bury your head,
Making you sink like a lump of led.
Or will you see me, as I now see you?
Will you allow the past to be let go,
As we ride true love’s flow.
The thing that will make both our souls grow.
Will you trust in me as I now trust in you?
You’re no longer the player that I once knew.
Because now your true self is coming through.
