In the spring of 2019 I listened to a lecture with Tony Robbins as he discussed The 6 Human Needs. I found it interesting, took notes and put it aside.

Now in the winter of 2021 (in the northern hemisphere), I was reminded of them and decided to revisit these Needs and found it to be enlightening.
