How thoughts are created

Your thoughts don’t materialize out of thin air; they are shaped by what you allow to enter your mind. They are yours. They are part of you. You own them. The book of Proverbs in the Bible recognized this thousands of years ago: “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

Think of your brain as a fortress, with your eyes and ears as gates that allow sight and sound to enter your mind and influence your thoughts. Have you ever considered what you are letting in?
