Introduction

Gratitude and appreciation are two powerful emotions that play a crucial role in our daily lives. Both are often associated with positivity and well-being, however, there is a fundamental distinction between the two.

Gratitude and appreciation have different vibrational frequencies. And since we as humans are energy beings who are always lining up to energy frequencies that we are receiving every day, we now want to be deliberate creators of our lives and we want to line up with the best possible energy frequency that will make us feel happy, satisfied and content where we are.

Understanding this difference can help us harness the true power of these emotions and transform our lives. In this blog post, we’ll explore a little more about gratitude and appreciation.

Gratitude: A Reaction to the Past

According to Abraham Hicks, gratitude is often a response to something that has already occurred. It’s a feeling we experience when we acknowledge and appreciate something that has happened or been given to us. Gratitude is directed toward a past event or action, and it can be triggered by external circumstances or the actions of others.
