Until I Experienced Physical Pain

If you have ever suffered while working long hours, experiencing finger tingling, unexplained shivers, or sudden cramps out of nowhere, this article is for you. You may have encountered these symptoms early in the day or late in the evening while trying to function at your regular workplace or a company workstation. However, it’s also possible for them to occur even if you are seated comfortably in your own home office.

Then you know how much discomfort it can cause. An escalating sensation of estrangement, somewhat like a hallucination where you feel as though you are leaving your body, hovering above it like a feather, but in a completely alien way. One that it involves pain — like, physical pain on your bodyand your nerves

Then, physical pain occurs, proving that you are neither dead nor lucid dreaming—I am not referring to those kinds of experiences.

On a completely unsuspecting day, at midday, while I was sifting through my tons of notes and lists and an insane amount of post-it stickers and paperwork, scrutinising my never-ending work commitments (and hating myself for creating them), I froze! I froze like a ball of lava launched into the Arctic air! It felt as if my body refused to continue doing whatever I asked of it. In what seemed like eternity…
