As someone that struggles with mental health, bad anxiety, and all that, the biggest issue for me has always been recognising my own feelings and then dealing with them accordingly.
I’d get into all these depressive moods for seemingly no reason and have a really hard time coming out of them. During the pandemic, it got so bad that getting out of bed became daunting. I’ve been blessed with the means and support I needed, so I went through therapy and I’m in a great place right now but not everyone has the resources I do.
