I want to become the best version of myself just like you!

So I started reading books and watching videos and podcasts. After consuming quite a lot of content on it, I realized, that to be the best version of myself all I have to work on are the below 4 aspects.

Health/Body

As long as our body functions properly, we are alive. But even a minor inconvenience will bring down the mood or the will to do anything. So take care of your body by:

Sleeping 7–8 hours per day

Mindful eating

Any form of workout you enjoy

Family/People

Humans are social animals and we need people to live a happy life. Good relationships with our loved ones contribute to a major part of happiness. No matter what you achieve in life, it will come down to nothing if you don’t have your loved ones to celebrate. And it takes very little to maintain good relationships.

Spend time with your loved ones

Make memories by being present in the moment

Be attentive to their emotional needs

Career

A career is not only a source of income but also something that brings meaning to our lives. A sense of value we add and an achievement. And having a fulfilling career is a blessing. Figuring out a job that brings you joy can be a little difficult for some of us but it will all be worth it.

Find a job that you like. Even if you are not in one currently, learn, upskill, and try to switch.

Educate yourself about the new technology in your industry

Network with the right people

Get mentored if required and ask for help when needed to learn

Mindset

Having the right mindset is the way to achieve all of the above. As the saying goes- Everything is created twice, first in your mind and then in reality. Visualize what you want to be and build a stronger mindset by

Reading books

Meditation and Journaling

Practice Gratitude

The journey to become the best version of yourself is long but meaningful. It cannot be achieved in a day. It's something you work on every day. And when you look back it will all be worth it.

So what will you start working on today?
