#1 How Does Manifestation Come About?

Manifestation happens when you are in a state of surrendered flow.

When you are ‘not’ waiting for things to occur.

When you are going about your life in a happy momentum.

When you are not obsessing about ‘when’ this thing or that thing will come to fruition.

How can you attain such a state?

Let’s delve deeper.

#2 A Date to Keep Yourself Happy

It can be compelling to go through the motions day in and day out, when things are not quite happening your way.

However, the magic happens when we step aside of our routines for some relaxed moments.

It can be a good idea to enter a less reactionary state of mind by going on a date with yourself to make yourself happy.

As an example, it could be a day you go out for a foot spa.

The ambience of the spa can feed your senses.

Evoke a sense of wonder and joy.

Being joyous is a very high vibrational state.

Having an actual foot massage by the hands of a seasoned spa masseuse can be so calming to the nerves.

The change of scenery from one’s regular work place can stimulate new sensations in the mind.

If one is unable to take a holiday, going to the spa can work as a mini-vacation.

Entering a state of relaxation, enjoyment and joy attracts manifestations.

It can be a lunch date with yourself, where you treat yourself at a restaurant that you enjoy.

A place that serves your favourite cuisine and has the ambience that is right up your alley.

You need to savour the moments and not think of the manifestation consciously.

You need to hang loose and have fun all by yourself.

The magic transpires when you are not thinking about it.

#3 Making a Gratitude List Upon Waking Up and Whilst Sleeping

That is when the barrier to the subconscious mind is the lowest.

The conscious mind is not totally active during those times.

Gratitude is a very high and powerful vibration.

If you are not grateful for what you already have, what makes you feel that you will be happy once you get what you want.

Once we enter a state of high vibration, the likelihood of inviting our manifestations becomes that much higher.

Everyone can enter a state of high vibration once in a while.

To remain in a state of high vibration is what separates those who manifest regularly from the onlookers.

Regularly practicing a feeling of gratitude and remaining in such a positive state throughout the day is a recipe for inviting miracles and abundance into your life.

It shifts the focus from ‘when’ to ‘how lucky I am to be alive.’

#4 The Universe Gives Us More of the Same

If you cannot be grateful, try to not be grumpy all the time.

If your predominant vibration is of grumpiness and are harbouring a critical attitude towards life, guess what the Universe is going to serve you.

More of the same.

Like energy attracts like energy.

You will get to feed on more situations that on experiencing, will create more disdain in you.

If you cannot be grateful, try to be on neutral ground.

A neutral vibration is also a field for attracting miracles. Only the rate of manifestation is slower than that of a vibration of gratitude.

That leads us to the next point:

How do I attain a neutral vibration when I’m experiencing such negative emotions?

#5 A Regular Meditation Practice Can Help One Enter a State of Neutrality

At one point in my life, when I could not un-grip my mind from the past, I started practising meditation.

In the initial stages meditating seemed to me a discipline of sorts.

But once I started going deeper, I started soaking into the reservoir of calmness and peace that lay within me.

Within everyone lies an ocean of tranquility that can be accessed by a regular meditation practice.

Initially you have to ‘push’ yourself into the meditation routine.

Later the wave of equanimity that washes over your mind during the meditation practice, acts as a ‘pull.’

So you have to ‘push’ through the practice initially, till the ‘pull’ compels.

The calm experienced during meditation has a spillover effect over the mind throughout the rest of the day.

An understanding of these principles and a practice of these techniques on a regular basis can shift your vibration to a higher frequency.

What does being in a higher frequency on a regular basis do for you?

Being in a higher frequency of the mind is a ripe playground for manifestations to occur in your life.
