A two-year-old taught me the most important lesson in 2022.
It was about learning and mastering a new habit.
You wouldn’t believe it.
Here’s how it all went:
Every night we have to get this two-year-old to bed.
You probably know how hard it is to achieve this.
In the early days, he didn’t want to go to sleep.
He just wanted to play around some more.
Then we would turn the light off as a signal.
