What Happened When I Tried to Live Without Technology for a Week: A Personal Experiment
It started as a challenge — a bet, really. My friends and I were out for coffee, each of us mindlessly scrolling through our phones while half-listening to each other, when someone said, “I bet none of us could survive a week without technology.”
