What Happens When You Get “Too High”

Stop giggling. There is such a thing as “too high” and if you’ve experienced it — the misery is real. For some, it’s a wildly entertaining trip (See “Goose” video below)—but for others, it’s a mental health and physical nightmare.

If you’re already THC-sensitive, it can be panic-inducing and frightening. Though marijuana and cannabis use isn’t without health risks altogether, you may simply be using it in addition to a healthy lifestyle as a way to improve your quality of life. Overindulgence can lead to ER visits, something that’s been on the rise since legalization in some areas plus the isolation of the Covid pandemic in recent years.

Today, we’re taking a look at what happens when you get too high or overdo it with cannabis — and a few ways you can temper your high naturally so you feel better quicker.
